The great indian political comedy starring Kasab

Its been long since i wrote something in my blog but atlast sheer boredom drove me to write this one.Even contemplated writing about Madoff and hedge funds but lack of knowledge in finance put an end to that :). So what else should be the topic than the one on everyone's mind at this moment.

Welcome to the great Indian politics:
I hope this will be as much soul stirring as its stress relieving. What prompted me to write this one especially was the article in TOI stating that 31 crores have been spent on a person who has mercilessly indulged in killing of innocents to make sure justice is meted. At long last even though if due justice arrives but at what cost? and will there be the same maligned affected souls around when the long overdue justice arrives. I for one strongly believe that this should have been put to rest long back with the offender's death but India being India will take some time until the aforementioned happens. So for those who believe that justice is round the corner, I do sincerely stand by you for that to happen and in the meanwhile till then let me be logically stupid.
Sincere apologies if anyone stands offended by whats gonna unravel now.

Fast forward to Jan 25th 2018:
Headlines:Kasab's lawyer demands legal papers be translated in Pashto:
The ongoing case in Mumbai terror attack took a new twist with Kasab's lawyer insisting that the legal papers be translated in Pashto the only language Kasab is comfortable with.
Hearing the argument Justice Khoobchand ordered the prosecution to provide the papers in Pashto so that the defendant can be comfortable with the happenings in court.
The Indian government immediately formed a three man commission to look into this and have informed the court that since the legal documents ran into thousands of reams the translation could take 2 years to complete. Also a high level team of language experts will be working across the clock to make this process as slick as possible.

Jun 19th 2025:
Headlines:The man who shot Kasab is dead:
The ongoing case in Mumbai terror blast took an intriguing turn with the photographer who shot with his camera the killing spree of Kasab announced dead on arrival in Mumbai's Breach Candy hospital. He had complained of severe heart pain.He was 85.He is survived by his wife, sons and Ajmal Kasab.
With the death of the photographer,it is now argued that the photograph should not be considered an important evidence.
Ajmal's lawyer argued that"with the death of the photographer the validity of the photo also cease to exist and hence cant be considered as an important evidence from here on"
nail on the head maybe.

May 26th 2035:
Headlines: Ajmal becomes a grandpa.
Ajmal Kasab the sole survivor of Mumbai terror attack today became a grandpa with his daughter begetting a son in Karachi.
For those who are unaware of Ajmal,it maybe recalled Ajmal was caught red handed pumping bullets on innocents in Mumbai in 2008 and has been in Arthur Road prison since. He got married 25 years before when he was new to this place. The Prime Minister of India has announced that this will usher in a new era of peace with our erstwhile neighbors and this news will relieve some tension that has been building of late.

Sep 20th 2055:
Headlines: Ajmal Kasab dead and fast track court set to expedite the case
Ajmal Kasab was found dead in his sleep in the hi tech villa of the heavily guarded Arthur road Jail.He is survived by his fifth wife.
In a related development, the Home Minister had ordered the case to be expedited in a Fast track court so that the culprits can be dealt with the long arm of the law.

So all's well and that ends well.

Hope we get some sort of justice sooner than what i presumed.

Jai Hind!!

Dreams are sometimes better than Reality!!

So finally the time has come again to pen my thoughts .A routine day starts with waking up 2 hrs before we start to office, from then on ruminating what needs to be done in the 8 hourts that we painstakingly have to pass on then trudge our way back to home again and in between we do eat.
This routine monotonous life has no end as we either are lackadaisical to change it or we just accept the way we are or rather we ourselves dont know what we really need.Frankly speaking most of us do fall in the 3rd category of not knowing what needs to be done whether we are doing things what we needed to.For allmy conversations that i have had with like minded people,I have never seen anyone finding any solace in the industry that he is into nor anyone who is because what he wanted to do was.We studied in a decent enough college grabbed a degree that was for the taking and then got placed.Initially we were pretty enthused and enthusiastic about the life that was to unwind before us but as days passed we have become immune to the world of back biting and bootlicking that we have got accustomed to.I am not suggesting that i have done something out of the ordinary here but i am trying ways to alienate myself from this.Try as i might we don't have any other option as of now than to do this for many more light years to come.
What we are doing might interest us for that day but i still know many who are finding it pretty hard just to get the day over that's ahead of us and start thinking of the next.Weekends are passed off by taking nap and indulging in movie watching but is that what we really intended to do when had aspired when we were young?
Being honest to myself,i never envisaged of me doing coding one day in some XYZ company for i didnt have a plan B to fall upon if i don't want this. Not that i didnt try for a MBA or MS but MBA MS is fine but what next? To be honest do we really need a doctorate or a managerial degree unless we had proper plans in place. They say plan ahead always so that in future you are not stuck up with what you have got.
This is where the idea of this blog springs from.I would rather admit that i have never been a good dreamer. To dream something that we want to be, to perceive ourselves as something good and we should try to take it from there. How many times have we heard great people remonstrate saying dreams are what that takes you to the next level. We are living an illusionary life which is only as bright as a candle glowing on a windy day.True that the candle might glow but isn't a fading candle that burns brightest.Unless until we come out of this mental state of mind, dream big, we will never be what we really want to be and we will always be one among the crowd and in the list of also rans.
So folks come home to the world of fantasy!! Fantasise because what allures you today might be a bitter pill to swallow the day after!!

Untitled

Atlast after months of contemplating and given sufficient thought to this,i have finally decided to go public. The art of blogging is something that has enthused me right from the beginning and i have never given a serious thought to it.But being a human, one succumbs to temptations and i consider myself no exception. So i have also thrown caution to winds and joined the bandwagon.

So before starting to write one on my own i thought of seeing some blogs.Naturally i had to visit some of my friend's blogs and the variegated subjects that are being discussed there in each post somewhat left in me an indelible expression that its time to write one of my own.But i dindt want to be one among the crowd and write about cricket nor the US presidency nor the Raj thackeray antics.

Being the first article, the next thing that obviously needs to be decided is the subject.I am thinking of a meaningful topic to start with but try as i might without sports or politics i am not able to think something that will be both meaningful and will stir up a controversy as well :).Anyway a lot of soul searching still needs to be done before i zero in on a subject which will keep both me and the people reading captivated for some time atleast.

With the advent of serial watchers at an all time high, people are accustomed to seeing "To Be continued".And it is only natural that happens with me also.
So till that time i have no other options but to sign off!!!!
Note:Now people would not question the reason for the post named Untitled, for frankly speaking there would not be a much better one either.
